This is a short experimental film I have made on foundation. I have painted ~200 frames, which are more like moods to reflect Shackleton's experience in the Antarctic. I also faintly drew in the story of the ship breaking up and sinking so that the story was subliminally told to the viewer along with the obvious story from the text. The speed and rhythm of the text is as it is to reflect the cold temperature of the antarctic.

FTV151 Experimental Film
This is the film i made on the UCLA experimental filmmaking course.
I wanted to make something quite surreal and abstract rather than a strange film with actors and fancy shots.
It was a good opportunity to go 'all-out' and push what I could do in an editing suite. It was my first time using Final Cut Pro so was an invaluable learning experience as well.
For some reason the video is quite buggy so its best to let it load all the way before playing.
I also made the music for this.

Live Video 1
This is a live video I did for the band shown in the video. It was just me running around the venue, caputuring the show from as many angles as possible and then editing together to make it look like the audio is in sync. Unfortunately I edited with awful cyberlink, which dislocated to audio from the video, so syncing became near impossible. Im happy with how its come out though...
